My question involves criminal law for the state of: MI
I just learned this, but MI has something similar to a 3-strikes law where you can be sentenced up to life for your 4th felony conviction.
Does any one know if this can include cases where a defendent is convicted of 4 felonies all in the same case, or would the convictions have to result from 4 separate cases?
