Custody and Visitation Issues: Can My Child's Mother Keep Her from Me During My Scheduled Parenting Time

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Indiana

The court ordered that I could not have unsupervised visitation with my daughter until I provided the mother with a clean hair follicle test and stated that once I give that to the mother then the visitation schedule would go back to the original court order. I tried to give her the test results and she told me that I needed to file it with the court and so I did. The court scheduled a court date for visitation to reinstate unsupervised visitation. Now, she is texting me telling me that I need to call her and talk to her because if her attorney does not file to void the court date then I cannot pick up my daughter this weekend. She said, "Legally you can't have visitation now until my lawyer signs off on not having a court date. Which means no weekend." Is this true and legal in the state of Indiana?
