My question involves a child custody case from the State of: CA
My wife and I have joint legal custody and sole physical custody for my step daughter. Her dad is out of county and she is with us 60% of the time. She will be attending school in our town. When choosing a school, if the two parties disagree, who makes the ultimate decision? Would that not be ultimately up to the party housing her and doing the transportation to and from school?
