My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Tennessee
Received on April 24, 2017 an email notice for information needed dated Monday April 24, 2017.
Requested to call on or before April 24, 2017.
Obviously could not call prior to date of notice.
Email opened PM April 24 and State Office was closed.
April 25 received by email "Disqualification Determination" notice.
Decision made within 24 hours of the request for information.
Instructions on determination notice stated "you may file an appeal" so that's exactly what I did.
Appeal based on timely and fair notice to Claimant.
I can find definition of timely and fair notice policy within Tennessee codes, procedures, regulations.
Do I have a case?
